The culmination of all Gothic and survival elements. This sprawling, multi-tiered fortress features high Deepslate walls, four towering Cherry-roofed corner spires, and a massive central cathedral for living and storage.
What This Idea Means
This is a mega-base. It takes weeks to build in survival, demanding mass resource gathering. It provides dedicated zones for every aspect of the game: super-smelters, automated storage, villager trading halls, and crop farms.
Needs to Make That Thing
- Thousands of Blocks: Deepslate variants, Cherry Planks, Glass.
- Redstone: Hoppers, Droppers, Observers for automated systems.
- Time & Patience: Scaffolding, Diamond/Netherite tools.
How to Make It
- Map out a massive 50×50 footprint.
- Build high outer curtain walls using Cobbled Deepslate with intricate Gothic battlements.
- Construct four corner towers topped with pointed Cherry Wood spires.
- In the center, build a massive Gothic cathedral using Deepslate pillars and massive Pink Stained Glass windows.
- Subdivide the interior: one wing for villagers, one for an automated sorting system, one for a super-smelter, and the central nave for your personal quarters.
Tips & Variations
- Beacon Integration: Place a primary Beacon in the very center of the cathedral, coloring the beam pink with Stained Glass, so it shoots out of the roof and buffs you throughout the entire fortress.
- Elytra Towers: Design the corner spires with hollow centers and soul-sand water elevators to serve as rapid-launch Elytra towers.
