11. Spectral Glowing Floating Balloons
Create a dreamlike, floating graveyard atmosphere with spectral glowing balloons. Insert a small, lightweight LED light or a mini glow stick inside white, green, or orange helium balloons before inflating them. Draw ghostly expressions or wicked grins on the outside of the balloons using a dark marker. Let them float freely to your ceiling or anchor them at varying heights along your hallway. The entire balloon glows from within, diffusing a soft, ethereal light that bounces gently with the movement of air, making it feel as though friendly spirits are floating through your party.
